Registration PageDatabase Project for Freelance ProgrammerOn this page, I would like to create a sign up form for members. It should give existing members a place to login and also provide a place for new visitors to register. Info collected will go into a mysql database and PHP used to create a new page with the members information filled in. I would also like the program to send an email to the new member including their new user name and password. Please see sample below. This is only a sample..Actual fields will be different.
